Mission

If you feel seeing is believing and you want to travel to Armenia to witness first hand the way people live in the remote villages there, we can help you with advice and travel plans.

Visa Information

Armenia requires a visa in addition to a valid passport that is valid for at least 6 months beyond the time of travel. The standard visa allows you to stay in Armenia for 21 days. You can extend it once you are in Armenia. It will involve some paperwork in Yerevan and there is a fee depending on the length of the extension.

Here are two ways to obtain a visa.

1) The easiest way to obtain a visa for travel to Armenia is online. It will be issued in about 2 or 3 days from the time you complete the application process. You will receive the visa online and will need to print it out for your travels. Please visit www.armeniaforeignministry.com/eVisa/

2) You can also purchase a visa when you land at Zvartnots Airport in Yerevan. It is actually cheaper this way than the online process. The drawback is there could be a long line and a long wait for you after such a long flight.

In addition to your own search for airline tickets, you can contact Doris Schwarz at: doris@destinationtravelinc.com She has experience with flight options to Armenia from various US cities.
